Our sofas and chairs was designed from the beginning for easy flat-pack shipping. Not only is their a huge savings in shipping costs, their is much less of a chance for shipping damages. So your furniture arrives as scheduled, safe and easy to move around. If you live in condos, high rises, dense urban areas or have upstairs/downstairs living areas, tight doorways or narrow hallways, our full size sofas and chairs will fit easily and with much less work. If your moving or selling, the sofa and chairs can be quickly dis-assembled for easy transport. 

One of our sofas or chairs is shipped in 3 individual boxes, these boxes can all ship by common carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) and delivered straight to your door. Tracking is a cinch and once your packages arrives, most shipping damages can easily be spotted by the condition of the boxes. You may refuse any damaged boxes on the spot or record the damage and contact us for further instructions. 

If an unfortunate event of spills, tears or lost to any part of your sofa or chair, a replacement can be provided. Just remove that part and we can issue a pickup at your home. We suggest also to keep the shipping boxes in any event that you need to return any items. Instructions are provided for breaking down the boxes for easier storage.
